The Cedar Bar

Over the last year we developed a cocktail menu that best fits the vibe of the bar and the location, Adventurous without being wacky, Classic without being stale, all while representing our  brand and drive for perfection. We are proud to share it with you.

Procuring the right selection of wines is one of the most important tasks for establishing a new bar. A solid blend of local and imported wines, a great variety of flavours and styles and the right balance of selection and value. Arguably we've been working on this for a decade or more but in earnest it took us a year and a half and we certainly have enjoyed tasting our way through everything we could find.

Picking the beers was the easy part, partnering with Stone & Wood (obviously) and Heads of Noosa was too perfect, we get great beers and they get great local representation. A win win.

We run a variety of specials every night of the week, come in anytime, no booking required, although definitely recommended.
